Casino Night!

By now you have received your invitation to our upcoming Casino Night Dinner Dance on March 10th. You can now support Tranquillity in a fun and different way that promises to begin a new era for all of us. There will be plenty of great food, a Top DJ for continuous dancing, an Open Bar all evening, and a Casino where you can play your favorite Casino Games. You will bet and, hopefully, win “Tranquillity Bucks”, which can be used to bid on Prizes. We will also have the drawing for our traditional raffles.

There will be no speeches! No one will dictate when to eat, drink or play at the Casino. It will just be a great opportunity to enjoy what you wish and when you wish to do it, as you schmooze with your friends. The venue is new as well. We will be at the Carltun at Eisenhower Park in East Meadow, Long Island. It is an historical and beautiful facility, conveniently located and parking is included.

As the new Friends of Tranquillity Camp, let us bring together all friends, old and new. Come former campers and counselors, camper parents, longtime Tranquillity-ites of all ages, and people whom we have not seen for many years. Bring your personal friends and neighbors as well.

The donation required per attendee is $150, $300 per couple. For this, you may eat, drink, dance and play the Casino games. You will also receive 100 Tranquillity Bucks per person when you arrive, just to get started. Additional TY Bucks will be sold during the evening. Advance raffle purchases may be applied to your attendance as well. In addition to having fun, we all need a reminder of our responsibility to support Tranquillity Camp,ensuring its financial future and how our contributions support the deserving children who attend camp regardless of means. Therefore, we also ask that you support Camp by contributing through the purchase of an ad in our journal. Please note that we now accept credit cards. See you in March!
